“How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong.
Someday in your life you will have been all of these”.
– George Washington Carver
This is one of my images from my cinematic module.
‘The Farmer Meets The Evacuee’s’
It was wonderful to see the age gap bridged as Winston told the children of his stories from the War and the evacuee’s on the farms, but also the children telling Winston of how they were learning about the War in their school curriculum.
The children’s face’s were a picture when Winston said they would be staying for about two year’s!
They stayed for about two hours!
I was delighted that Winston thoroughly enjoyed his guest’s visiting with their parents but also delighted that the children loved the stories and also found the set up with lighting to have their photograph’s taken fascinating.
Everybody happy, task fulfilled. Wonderful images.
